Directions/Conseils D'utilisation
1) Cleanse your skin thoroughly with a gentle cleanser.
2) Apply your toner using a cotton pad or the tips of your fingers.
3) Distribute 4 to 5 squirts of essence into your hands and pat the product gently into your skin. Don’t rub or drag the product across the skin. Gentle pats should do the trick.
4) If you use a serum, apply this before your moisturizer for the best results.

It's a very lightweight formula that smells lovely of mint 🍃 and absorbs instantly into the skin. I found it effective yet so gentle on the skin; it didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all.
It's hydrating and gives me a beautiful complexion, even though I don't have dark spots on my face, but I do have a few on my hands, which I'll use it on as well.

The plan was to test this essence for the full month to see if the melanin control really works for me. Unfortunately, I could only try it a few times, because I quickly realized that my skin is reacting to something in it. I know I generally don’t react well to mint, so I’m going to assume the problem is the main ingredient - Carvone, a unique aroma compound found in mint. If you’re not sensitive to mint, then it should work for you.
My skin gets slightly red right after applying the essence. This is the only reaction, as I don’t feel any stinging, burning or itching, so it took me a while to figure out what is happening. I tend to stay clear from any product that causes a reaction, so unfortunately I couldn’t test this properly.
I can say that the texture is lovely, though, lightweight, hydrating and it absorbs well, and the product has a light scent of freshly picked mint.
