🙋🏻‍♀️ The texture supposed to be creamy, I think it got dry, I'm not sure why yet, because I check other reviews and I saw a few with this texture and others were creamy ... but it still works, looks like a balm, right? 😅, but feels creamy once I massage it on my hand. Not expired and smells good.
I think this type of cream will work well for dry, normal or dehydrated skin.

This cream is very pricey for the results it gives. I didn’t notice much improvement in my skin texture or appearance. Disappointed overall.
