This one is from a new brand for me, the R828 Peptide Volume Toner Mist, and it feels more like an all-in-one ampoule toner mist than just a regular toner. The mist is fine and watery, and it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any sticky feeling afterward. It is refreshing and easy to include in any skincare routine.
